Palm Jebel Ali is one of the most anticipated man-made islands in Dubai. This artificial archipelago in Dubai is part of the Palm Islands project of Nakheel Properties, which includes Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Islands. COMMUNITY OVERVIEW

Palm Jebel Ali is an upscale development by Nakheel that can accommodate about 35,000 families. The master plan of Palm Jebel Ali has been relaunched in June 2023. The futuristic development will be home to 80 hotels and resorts scattered along the seven connected islands. The project completion date has not been announced yet, but Palm Jebel Ali has become a part of Dubai Economic Agenda D33.

Adding 110 km to Dubai’s coastline, the prosperous island development plans align with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, which aims to increase public beaches by up to 400 per cent by 2040. Palm Jebel Ali will also feature the best infrastructure, facilities and sustainable developments. Approximately 30 per cent of the energy needed for public facilities in Palm Jebel Ali will be sourced from renewable sources.

Palm Jebel Ali is announced to be around 13.4 sq. km., twice the size of Palm Jumeirah. It will include pedestrian-friendly neighbourhoods, integrate advanced smart city technologies and offer a wide array of transportation choices for residents and visitors. Nevertheless, in line with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, future provisions include the placement of public transport stations within a maximum distance of 800m from residential areas.
